This client program monitors a defined UDP port for receipt of extWARN alerts/warnings and automatically invokes a built-in client web browser to display the transmitted information.Each extWARN warning message can be a web page, image, or any content which is compatible with user web browsers.Each extWARN broadcast target consists of a min/max IP address range which can accommodate up to an entire Class B (eg, 192.168.x.x) address block (depending on license size), plus five IP address inclusions/exclusions.
