You can place your order over the Internet through PayPal or NorthStar Solutions. Each provides secure ordering with your credit card. (You do not need to be a PayPal member to make a purchase with your credit card using PayPal.)

Ordering through PayPal, including credit card orders

To order Eluent Tools through PayPal, click on the button below corresponding to the license you wish to purchase. This will take you to a secure PayPal order form, where you can enter the desired quantity and complete your order. You can pay from your PayPal account, or you can use your credit card if you don't have a PayPal account.

After you've completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email from PayPal, typically within moments. You will also receive an acknowledgement email from Eluent Software containing your registration code. Normally, you will receive your code within one business day. If you haven't received your code within two business days, please write to sales@eluent.com.

Ordering through NorthStar Solutions with your credit card

With NorthStar Solutions, you can place your credit card order over the Internet, by phone, or by fax.

Purchase Orders

We accept purchase orders (net 30 days) from major corporations and government and accredited educational institutions. Please send your numbered purchase order form along with our mail order form to the address indicated on our mail order form.

When ordering from NorthStar Solutions over the phone, please provide (or be prepared to provide) the following information:

• The name of the product (Eluent Tools) and the product number
• Your mailing address
• Your credit card # and its expiration date
• Your email address (so NorthStar Solutions can send you an email confirming your order and so Eluent Software can send you your registration code, contact you with any important follow-up information, upgrade announcements, etc.)
